These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voicia.ai. By using our website or platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Voicia provides automated voice calling, customer engagement workflows, data analytics, and related software services delivered via web and API.
3. Account Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account and billing information
- Keep login credentials secure
- Ensure that any customer data you provide has lawful consent for use
- Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
You remain responsible for complying with call-related legal requirements applicable to your operations (e.g., consent, fair usage, regulatory disclosures).
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Voicia to:
- Harass, deceive, threaten, or defraud individuals
- Conduct unlawful debt collection or predatory practices
- Engage in spam or unsolicited robocalling in violation of law
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform for competitive purposes
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
5. Fees & Billing
- Fees are outlined in your plan, custom agreement, or invoice.
- Usage-based billing (e.g., minutes, call volume) may apply.
- Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
- Voicia retains all rights to the platform, models, and software.
- You retain all rights to your own data and customer lists.
7. Liability
Voicia operates on a best-effort, commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for:
- Third-party telecom network outages
- Data provided incorrectly or unlawfully by clients
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding 3 months.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate services at any time with notice.
- Upon termination, we will delete stored data upon request.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
